The input files for the estimation program should go in the appropriate block:

• The Static Matrix for the input OD matrix — see OD matrix file.

• SL File# for the screenline files — see Screenline files.

• ICP File# for Highway-generated ICP files — see ICP files.

• Optionally, TripEnd File# for trip end total files — see Trip end files.

The files should be in the proper order of their corresponding user class number in the input matrix file; i.e. if user class A has an OD matrix that resides in the first matrix tab, then the ICP file for user class A must be listed as the first ICP file in the block. Descriptions of the various static input files are given below.
